Aurora

Aurora is my interpretation of a northern sky: soft pinks, violets, and cool greens, like light moving over a distant coast.

I painted it loosely, with saturated color. At 8 x 8 in on canvas, it is small enough for a shelf or a stack of books, and bright enough to hold its own in a home that loves color.

Original painting. 8 x 8 in, acrylic on canvas.
