This website is operated by Amber Miro Creative. By visiting the site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully, along with the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.
Artwork and color
I make every effort to show each painting and print as accurately as possible. Colors can vary slightly between screens, and original paintings may show natural variation in texture and finish. Prints are reproductions and may differ slightly from the original painting.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Original paintings are one of a kind and are sold on a first-come basis. If an item becomes unavailable or is listed with an error after you order, I'll contact you and offer a full refund for that item.
Orders
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, you'll receive a full refund.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, and text on this site are © Amber Miro. Purchasing an original painting or print gives you ownership of that physical piece, but not the copyright or the right to reproduce, print, or use the image commercially. Please contact me for licensing inquiries.
Commissions
Commissioned work is agreed individually, including scope, pricing, and timeline, before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber Miro Creative is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or products purchased from it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any order placed while it is live.
